Some of Los Angeles’s Best Focaccia Sandwiches Head to the Valley This Winter

Bread Head, the focaccia sandwich shop founded by ex-Trois Mec chefs Alex Williams and Jordan Snyder, is expanding to Woodland Hills this December. The new spot will be located at the Village at Topanga.

Initially started as a pop-up, Bread Head opened its first permanent shop in Santa Monica in 2024 and has since grown to locations in Manhattan Beach and Westwood Village. The Woodland Hills location will feature a variety of their signature sandwiches made with their unique flaky bread, including the Grinder, filled with salami cotto, hot coppa, smoked ham, and provolone, as well as a mozzarella sandwich with fresh mozzarella, avocado, alfalfa sprouts, pickled red onion, and za’atar spread. This new site will offer indoor seating, televisions, beer, and catering options.
